Where the item must be returned

How to request a return:

The email must include the reason for the return.

Return Timeframe:

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions of returned goods:

The item must not be damaged by the customer, must be returned in its original packaging, and must be unused.

Who pays the shipping?

Defective products: If the product is defective upon arrival, we pay the return shipping.
Customer remorse (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
