How to request a return:

The email must include the reason for the return.
Return Timeframe:
Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions of returned goods:
The item must not be damaged by the customer, must be returned in its original packaging, and must be unused.
Who pays the shipping?
