The 1477CB TDI is a purpose-built last-resort fixed blade for law enforcement, designed for extreme close-quarters situations where access to a duty weapon is compromised. The 2 3/8" AUS-8A blade combines a sharp drop point with partial serrations, ideal for cutting and control, while the full tang construction and textured Zytel handles deliver reliability under stress. The reversible glass-filled nylon sheath allows ambidextrous belt carry and draws like a sidearm from either side, making it accessible in high-stress scenarios.

The TDI Law Enforcement Knife was designed to be used as a "last option" knife. In extreme close quarters encounters where a suspect is attempting to take an officer's handgun, or the officer cannot access his/her handgun, the TDI knife is available. Designed as an "off hand" knife that draws like a pistol, the reversible sheath can be worn on either the right or left side of the officer's belt.
