The ESEE-JG5 is a full-tang Nessmuk-style fixed blade built for serious bushcraft and camp work, with a 4.75" 1095HC blade finished in black oxide and stonewash that handles batoning and detail work with equal capability. The brown sculpted micarta handle and full tang construction deliver durability and a secure grip in wet conditions, while the lanyard hole and included leather belt sheath make it fieldworthy from day one. 1095HC is a high-carbon steel that takes an excellent edge and is simple to maintain in the field, trading some corrosion resistance for raw cutting performance and ease of sharpening. Designed by James Gibson, this is a no-nonsense knife for the user who values proven geometry and honest materials over trends.
